Go2 Driving School Mission Statement 2020

The purpose of the Go2 Driving School mission statement is to explain our core values and what customers can expect in both the service and quality of our driving tuition.

  • We’ll distinguish ourselves from competitors by providing excellent and unrivalled driving tuition and customer service
  • We’ll endeavour to answer all customer calls in person between 08.00 am to 20.00 pm Monday to Sunday
  • Instructors will endeavour to arrive at the driving lesson on time. When not possible the lesson can be extended or offered at a reduced price
  • Instructors will offer the learner a two way interactive recap of any previous driving and maintain a client centred approach encouraging responsibility throughout the training
  • Leading from the two way recap the driving instructor will help the learner identify their driving needs in order to set an agreed goal/s to aim to achieve during the lesson. The customer should be in no doubt as to what the purpose of the lesson is and how achieving it will make them a safer driver
  • Driving instructors will teach in a respectful and non-confrontational manner
  • Instructors will give regular feedback and encouragement linked to specific areas of development
  • Instructors will interactively summarise during, and at the end of the session with the learner so that they are fully aware of areas for development and whether their driving lesson goal was achieved
  • Instructors will endeavour to reply to text messages and calls from customers as soon as possible and at the very least the same day
  • Tuition vehicle’s Must be kept in a reasonably clean and tidy condition that reflects the branding and professional image of the Go2 Driving School
  • Instructors will ensure that personal hygiene is of the highest order including body odour and bad breath etc
  • Instructors will ensure that customers understand the pricing structure

Refund procedure:

  • Call customer services within 24 hours of your lesson to discuss your concerns over the service or the tuition that you received
  • Give the name of your driving instructor along with the lesson time and date
  • Explain the full details as to why you were not satisfied with either the service or the tuition you have received

We will authorise your full refund

*Refunds do not apply to cancelled lessons or to lessons on test day.
